Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1970, the United States Federal District Court of New Jersey in 1970, and the United States Supreme Court in 1978, Mr. Sevrin is prepared to handle family law litigation from initiation through any necessary appeals. However, he is also a New Jersey Court Certified Matrimonial Mediator, a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Orange and Monmouth counties, and a member of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group. His broad experience allows him to effectively handle divorce disputes whether they go to court or are resolved through mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law.

Mr. Sevrin is actively involved in a number of legal organizations that are focused on divorce and family law matters:

• a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and sits as a member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee

Widely respected for his experience and insight into New Jersey family law matters, Mr. Sevrin has lectured on family law matters at seminars sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has also written articles for the New Jersey State Bar Association's New Jersey Family Lawyer.
