Mr. Sevrin has been an Attorney at Law of the State of New Jersey, having been admitted to the Bar in 1970. Mr. Sevrin was also admitted to the United States Federal District Court of New Jersey in 1970 and has been admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court since 1978. Mr. Sevrin maintains a practice of law in Toms River, New Jersey specializing in matrimonial litigation. Mr. Sevrin represents clients in family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce litigation, custody litigation, support litigation, domestic violence litigation, juvenile litigation, and all family law matters. Mr. Sevrin is an active member of the Ocean County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and sits as a member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee. Mr. Sevrin is a member of the New Jersey American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Sevrin has lectured in family law for Seminars sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and has lectured for the American Trial Lawyers Association on family law practice. Mr. Sevrin routinely attends continuing legal education in family law. Mr. Sevrin has published articles for the New Jersey State Bar Association's New Jersey Family Lawyer.

Mr. Sevrin also is a New Jersey Court Certified Matrimonial Mediator and is a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist having been active in both the Ocean County and Monmouth County programs. Mr. Sevrin is also a Civil Arbitrator sponsored by the Ocean County Civil Court system. Mr. Sevrin is a member of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group and his practice includes, Mediation; Arbitration and Collaborative Cases.

In addition to Mr. Sevrin's experience in family law, Mr. Sevrin has represented clients in criminal cases which include serious indictable offenses such as assault, attempted murder aggravated assault, sexual assault and extensively in Municipal Courts over the years. Those cases including substantial drunk driving, motor vehicle offenses, theft defenses, family assault and other matters.
